摘要
报道了金丝垂柳J1010外植体的消毒方法以及获得无菌组培苗的最适的培养基和激素浓度,试验结果显示:外植体选用水培苗进行消毒;外植体的消毒选用浓度为0.2%的升汞;MS+BA 0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L为初代培养基。
This paper reports a sterilization approach for the explants of Salix x aureo-pendula cl. ＂J1010＂ ,and discusses the optimum medium and hormone concentration in its sterilized shoot. Experimental results show that the optimum cultivation condition is its shoots act as explants, MS ＋ BA0. 5mg/L ＋ NAA0. lmg/L as the premiere medium and 0. 2% HgCl2 as the optimum concentration.
