摘要
介绍了一种基于NDIR原理的便携式CO2浓度检测仪的总体设计,该检测仪使用新型的红外传感器替代原有的电化学传感器,并采用先进的神经网络算法克服了压力对CO2浓度检测的影响,建立起非线性压力补偿模型,在后期的实验测试中结合大量测试数据验证了该检测仪在测量精度、范围等方面的优势。
This paper presents the total design of a NDIR based CO2 concentration detector. We substitute a new infrared detector for the traditional electrochemical sensor. We employ the advanced neural network algorithm to compensate the negative influence of pressure on the test of CO2 concentration. We establish a non-linear pressure compensation model. We demonstrate its preponderances in the measurement accuracy and measurement scope with experiments and large amount of test data.
