摘要
目的:探讨益母草防治CRF的药效学及药理机制。方法:设益母草高、中、低三个剂量组,给药24d后,检测血液、生化学指标、氧自由基指标及肾病理学改变。结果:益母草中、低剂量组对大鼠腺嘌呤CRF均有改善作用。结论:适宜剂量的益母草对大鼠CRF有防治作用,其机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。
Objective：To explore the pharmacodynamics and mechanism of motherwort in preventing and treating chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods： The rats were divided into three groups and fed with high,middle and low dosage of motherwort for 24 days. Hematological and biochemical indices, indices of oxygen free radicals and renal changes in histopathology were detected. Results： Motherwort was effective in treating CRF in rats groups taking the middle and low dosage. Conclusion：Middle and low dosage of motherwort have effects on preventing CRF in rats and its mechanism may be related to antioxidation.
