摘要
目的:了解革兰氏阴性杆菌AmpCβ-内酰胺酶的产生情况,为临床选择抗生素提供实验室依据。方法:采用K-B实验,选用5种药敏纸片(IPM、FEP、CD02、CD03、CTX),参照相关标准,根据耐药特征推测AmpCβ-内酰胺酶的产生。结果:180株革兰氏阴性杆菌中检出产AmpCβ-内酰胺酶菌株共36株,总检出率为20.0%(36/180),以阴沟肠杆菌的检出率最高,其次为鲍曼氏不动杆菌和绿脓假单胞菌。结论:五联药敏纸片扩散法检测AmpCβ-内酰胺酶简便、快速、准确,易于在临床试验室中推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the incidence of AmpC beta - lactamases of gram negative bacillus, and to supply the laboratory evidence for antibiotic rational application in clinic. Methods:K - B method and 5 paper disks including IPM, FEP, CD02, CD03, CTX were adopted to detect AmpC beta -lactamases according to relevant standards. Results: In 180 strains of gram-negative bacillus, 36 (20.0%) isolates were considered as AmpC beta - lactamases positive strains, and deteetable rate of AmpC beta- lactamases in E. Cloacae was higher than that of Acinetobaeter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion:Five -disk diffusion method is simple, rapid and suitable for assay of strain - producing AmpC beta - lactamases of gram - negative bacillus, it is very important to select antibiotics correctly for infection of the patients.
