深板层角膜内皮移植术研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESSION OF DEEP LAMELLAR ENDOTHELIAL KERATOPLASTY

长期以来,治疗角膜内皮病变标准的治疗方法为穿透性角膜移植术(penetrating keratoplasty,PK),虽然PK手术成功率较高,但术后众多并发症使得其并不是一种理想的手术方法。过去几十年内,出现了多种选择性角膜内皮移植术,如经角膜瓣途径的深板层角膜内皮移植术(deep lamellar endothelial keratoplasty,DLEK)、经角巩膜袋途径的深板层角膜内皮移植术。与PK手术相比,DLEK手术有多方面的优势,有可能成为治疗角膜内皮病变的更为有效的方法。

Penetrating keratoplasty（PK） has been the standard procedure in the treatment of comeal endothelial disorders. Although PK is a high successful rate in general, it is not an ideal approach because of the complication after operation. During the last decades, several approaches have been developed,including deep lamellar endothelial keratoplasty（DELK） under corneal flap, DELK under sclerocorneal pocket incision. DLEK have several theoretical advantages. DLEK may become effective alternatives for patients with endothelial dysfunction.
