论治理总需求膨胀的供给调节措施

On Supply Adjustment of Improving the Inflation of General Demands

本文认为治理总需求膨胀首先要校正资源分配机制的失误,其次要调节总供给的形成要素(包括提高劳动生产率、促进资产投入的增加和劳动投入的增长),第三要调节产业组织形式,第四要调节产业结构。这几个方面的措施必须同时采用,才能有效地使总需求膨胀得到控制。作者认为,从目前的现实情况来看,必须把对价格的调整提到议事日程上来,为此,就需要先对微观机制的改革进行考虑。

The thesis holds that the inflation of general social demands could be improved as doing inthe following four fields: first, to correct the mistakes in the system of resource distribution, sec-ondly, to adjust the formal factors in general supply (including rising the productive rate and pro-moting the increases of property investments and the labour investments); thirdly, to adjust theproductive organic forms; and fourthly, to adjust the industrial structure. Only the measures inthe above four fields must be used simultanously, the inflation of general social demands couldbe controlled effectively. The anthor thinks that the price adjustment must be on the order of theday at the present of the real condition, therefore, the consideration abour the reforms in mi-crosystem is the first to be needed.
