镍钛记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折52例分析

目的:观察镍钛形状记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折内固定方法的疗效。方法:选取2003年3月～2006年12月就诊的髌骨粉碎性骨折患者52例,均符合手术适应证,采用镍钛形状记忆合金聚髌器治疗。结果:经8～24个月术后随访,优良率达96.2%。结论:镍钛记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折方法简单,疗效确切,不良反应少,符合髌骨骨折内固定的生物力学要求,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective ：To find a reliable treatment for comminuted fracture of patella. Method：52 patients with eomminuted fracture of patella were treated with nitinol patellar coneentrator（NT- PC） and the treatment and the therapeutic effect were retrospectively analyzed. Result： Follow - up found that the fractures healed in all the 52 patients in 8 - 24 months. Of 52 eases, the excellent rate of treatment on eomminuted patellar fracture was 96. 2%. Conclusion： NT - PC has good therapeutic effect in treating comminuted fracture of patella.
