浅议我国智力资本与企业绩效实证研究

Empirical Study on China's Intellectual Capital and Enterprise Performance

梳理国内外文献发现:构建智力资本与企业绩效关系动态模型;加强对智力资本各要素与企业绩效的因果关系分析;建立适合智力资本特点的绩效测量方式等问题是我国智力资本实证研究的内容和方向。

Based on the literature review, we find establishing the dynamic model for intellectual capital and performance, strengthening the analysis of the cause and effect in the relation between the intellectual capital elements and enterprise performance, and setting up the right measurement method for performance are researching contents and orientation of Chinese intellectual capital field in the future.
