摘要
借鉴了国外先进的企业管理理念,即运用工作分案制理念,增加企业员工的就业机会,以此解决我国失业的问题。从企业绩效管理角度思考,首先分别对详细地介绍了工作分享制和末位淘汰制的优缺点,其次试图将工作分享制运用于绩效管理中,实现企业末位淘汰制的新转变,并与之相结合,为企业管理寻求一种更为有效的新方法。
Based on foreign advanced administrative concpet, the paper applies the work-sharing concept to increase employing opportunity and solve tmemployment. From the perspective of corporate performance management, this paper presents some advantages and disadvantages of the work-sharing system and the bottom-out system, and tries to combine them to find a new approach of the business management.
