摘要
建立了汽车变速箱轴系和齿轮的有限元分析网格模型.基于热网络法求出变速箱在实际工况下各节点的稳态温升来确定边界条件,获得了轴系和齿轮的温度场分布状况,从而根据实际工况对齿轮装置从整体到局部的热分布作了详细的描述.
Models of finite element analysis for shafts and gears of automobile gearbox are developed, and boundary conditions of the temperature rising of each knot of the box in operation are determined with the application of the thermal network analysis. Temperature distribution of the shafts and the gears are defined, hence an overall distribution of the gearbox in operation is expounded.
