摘要
通过采用因果矩阵分析、失效模式分析、方差分析以及响应曲面设计等有效的质量改进工具,找到影响太钢烧结用混匀矿质量稳定性的关键因素,并得出相关的优化参数应用于生产实践,最终实现了混匀矿SiO2标准差大幅降低的目的。
By the use of the statistical tools, for example, C&E, FMEA, ANOVA and RSM etc, the critical factors which affect the quality stability of blending ore were found, the optimal parameters which had been applied to the industrial practice were obtained, finally achieve the purpose of reduction of blending ore SiO2 standard deviation
