介绍了Broner排产系统在太钢实施过程中遇到的问题,针对问题进行改进的方法和步骤、改进的原理和创新点,改进后的效果和达到的目标。论述了改进的必要性、排产软件的精细化程度、改进对整个炼钢车间作业计划的实际意义和指导性作用。
In the article the problems occurred during execution in TISCO of Broner production scheduling system were listed, especially methods and steps of improvement,principle and innovations of addition, the improvement, as well as improved effects and achieved targets were illuminated. In necessity of improvement, refinement of the production scheduling software and its practical signification and directive function for whole steel making workshop job plan were explained.
