Practice of Raising Sinter Quality at Yongtong Cast Iron Pipe Co.

永通铸铁管公司通过对自动配料、生石灰消化、造球、布料等系统的改造和烧结过程的优化,烧结矿碱度稳定率得到提高。通过采取改善原燃料质量、优化原料结构、引进新型烧结增效剂、加强工序操作和管理等措施,烧结矿质量明显提高,同时降低了烧结成本。

By optimization of sinter process and modernization of automatic batch, quecklime digestion, pelletizdtion and distribution at yongtong cast iron pipe Co., stable efficiency of sinter basicity was raised. By some measures, improving the quality of simter, optimizing formation of sinter, using new enhacement solvent of sinter, strengthening process operation and manage, the quality of sinter was put forward and its cost was reduced.
