对太钢1800m3高炉干法布袋除尘的工艺流程、设备运行以及设备优缺点进行了介绍和分析。采用干法除尘技术以来,通过不断完善工艺流程,加强设备管理,优化操作参数,使干法除尘系统能够长期稳定地运行,在为高炉正常生产提供有力保障的同时,也促进了TRT发电量的不断提升,取得了良好的经济和环保效益。

Technical process, equipments running, advantage and disadvantage of devices of dry cloth-bag dusting for 1 800 m^3 B.F. were introduced and analyzed. Since dry dusting system running, it is stable with gradually perfecting technical process, strengthening equipment management, optimizing performance parameter, simultaneously provided powerful guarantee for B.F. normal oparation, and promoted TRT generating capacity, acquired approved benefits of economy and environmental protection.
