Analysis of Major Problems of Current Teaching Management System of Public Security Colleges and Universities and Countermeasures

教学管理制度是公安院校教学质量管理系统的重要组成部分。现行教学管理制度存在诸多问题,对学生学习、教学评价、质量管理产生影响。应以改革人才培养模式和改革教学评价制度作为重点,对学生学习制度、教学岗位责任制、教学管理体制、教学运行体制等方面进行创新。

Teaching management system is an important component of teaching quality management system of public security colleges and universities. Current teaching management system has many problems, which influences the students＇ studying, teaching evaluation and quality management. We should renovate the system from such respects as students learning system, teaching post responsibility system, teaching management system and teaching operation system based on putting the emphasis on reforming cultivating pattern for talents and teaching evaluation system.
