天津夏利牌轿车集成电路调节器的设计研究

Design and Research of Integrated Circuit Regulator on Tianjing Charade Car

介绍了为天津夏利牌ＴＪ７１００系列轿车配套而设计的国产ＩＣＦＴ－ＩＡ型厚膜集成电路调节器。从电路设计入手，对其工作原理、温度补偿特性、电压调节特性及其他应用情况进行了分析。该调节器不仅能控制交流发电机的输出电压，还能控制充电指示灯。

This paper introduces the dometic Type ICFTIA thick film integrated circuit regulator designed for TJ7100 series Charade car. Starting from the circuit design, it analyses the working principle, temperature compensation characteristic, voltage regulator characteristic and other application circuistance. This regulator can not only control the output voltage of alternator, but can control charging indicator.
