安全工程专业人才培养模式及课程体系研究

Study on talent training mode and course system of safety engineering major

以最近四届本科学生为试点,结合本校安全学科特点,采用2+2的培养模式,构建了"精化基础理论、优化专业知识、强化实践能力、深化素质教育"的课程体系,阐明了安全工程专业人才培养途径,实现了"基础厚、知识面宽、实践能力强、综合素质高、德才兼备"的具有创新精神的应用型高级专门人才培养,在保持特色和优势的前提下,成功地实现了由面向煤炭(单一)行业的安全人才培养到面向多行业的高素质安全人才培养。

Based on the undergraduate students of the latest four years and in combination with the characteristics of the safety subject of our university, this paper, by adopting the ＂2＋2 training mode＂, constructs a course system of ＂refining basic theory, optimizing professional knowledge, strengthening the capacity of practice and deepening quality education＂ and clarifies the ways of talent training in safety engineering specialty, which carries out the high-level talent training of innovative application type of ＂solid basis, broad knowledge, strong practice, high comprehensive quality, ability and political integri- ty＂. While maintaining the characteristics and advantages, such a mode has successfully achieved a shift from single-coal-oriented to multi-industry-oriented high-quality safety talent training and cultivated graduates with extensive and high employment rate as well as a strong adaptability to society and good reputation among the working units.
