我国创业型新农村建设有效途径的研究

On Effective Ways to Build New Countryside

随着社会主义新农村建设的不断深入,我国的农业现代化、农村经济都有不同程度的发展。但城乡二元结构仍然十分突出,加之金融危机对我国的影响,造成大量进城农民工返乡,如何解决好农民再就业问题是目前亟待解决的重大问题。通过研究我国先行地区创业型新农村建设的成功路径,以期能把创业型新农村建设的成功模式转移到我国其它农村地区,从而以农村创业来带动农民就业。

With the deepening of the cause of building socialist new countryside, progress has been made in China＇s agricultural modernization, the rural economy and agricultural productivity. However, the promi- nent urban - rural dual structure, together with the impact of the financial crisis, has resulted in the fact that an unprecedented number of migrant workers have returned home whose employment presents a great challenge to the government. This paper attempts to study China＇ s first regional entrepreneurial success of the new rural development path, hoping to spread the model of entrepreneurial success of the new rural development to other parts of China＇ s rural areas and to boost the employment for farmers.
