在中国现代化和城市化的进程中,农民工的大量流动成为不可避免的现象。受多种因素的影响,这个特殊群体城乡流动的原因和动机十分复杂,推拉理论认为:农民工的社会流动是流出地的排斥力和流入地的吸引力共同作用的结果,在"推拉理论"的框架下进行探析中国农民工的社会流动具体受哪些因素的影响。

The floating of migrant workers is inevitable in the development and modernization of cities in China due to various reasons and motivations. According to the theory of push and pull, this floating is caused by a combination of repulsion and attraction. This paper attempts to explore the real reasons for the floating of Chinese migrant workers.
