A SWOT Analysis of MICE Tourism in Nanchang and Countermeasures

MICE tourism, as a fast growing market with great potential is drawing more and more attention in the international community. Developing MICE tourism has, in fact, become one of trends in the 21st century. This paper first explained the importance of developing MICE tourism in Nanchang, and then discussed, with SWOT, the advantages and disadvantages, and the opportunities and challenges Nanchang may enjoy and face. Finally it proposed some countermeasures that Nanchang should take in developing MICE tourism in the new era.
