The modern tolerance has entered into justice and has presented the qualities of acceptance, respect and nonconnivance in the practice of justice, which makes toletance in justice reality. The tolerance has been a basic value of modern justice and the value reflects mostly in the areas of law, morality and politics, etc. The difficulty, limitation and longitudinal dimension of the tolerance in justice respectively connect the basis, limitation and scale, which needs a principal solution.
