高职院校海上专业,因其教学对象及对象今后所处环境的特殊性,所以更应把人文关怀作为教学创新的一个基本维度。要尊重学生个体和个性,注重培养他们的实践能力和职业能力,更要关注他们的生存和生命全程,为他们的全面发展提供更多的可能与空间。

Higher vocational colleges maritime specialty, because of its teaching object and the future environment that the object in are special, the humanistic care more should be put as a fundamental dimension of teaching innovation. We should respect the students individual and their individuality, pay attention to develop their praetical ability and professional capacity. And more attention should be paid to their subsistence and the whole lives to provide more possibility and space for their all- round development.
