广东高校教师学术道德规范的监控制度安排——从程序设计与运行机制的视角 被引量:2

摘要 学术道德规范是高校教师在学术研究活动中必须遵守的行为准则。广东省高等教育管理部门和各高校应该制定学术道德规范并采取切实措施使其得以遵守。应该根据广东高校特点,从程序设计、运行机制两方面加强监督学术道德规范实施、控制学术越轨的制度安排:广东省高校管理部门成立学风建设委员会、省内各高校成立学术道德委员会、构建省内高校教师学术信用体系、健全学术不端的惩戒机制、成立学术评论监控网站。 Academic code of ethics is the standard of conduct for teacher of coUeges and universities to observe in academic research. Higher education administrative department and every colleges and universities in Guangdong province ought to work out the research code of ethics and adopt practical measures to be observed. According to the characteristics of Guangdong colleges and universities, the system should work to strengthen the academic code of ethics and control academic aberrance from the following two aspects : programming and running mechanism. This includes that the administrative department should set up the study style construction committee, every colleges and universities should set up the academic morality committee, teacher academic credit system should be established, punishing mechanism for improper academic conduct and review monitoring wehsite be set up.
