摘要
依据洪水作业预报计算的影响因素、预报要素的特征及方案参数的物理概念,分析、论证了洪水预报修正系数确定的技术和方法,并通过渭河林家村至魏家堡站区间洪水预报方案修正实例,具体说明预报修正系数的率定过程、使用条件。
According to the characteristic of influence factor and forecast essential for flood operation forecasting calculation and physical conception of plan parameter, this paper analyzed and proved the techniques and method for determining flood forecast coefficient of correction. Through adopting the correction example of the uncontrolled intervening area flood operation forecasting plan from Linjiacun station to Weijiabu station, the paper explains calibration process and use conditions of forecasting correcting coefficient.
