摘要
采用变异系数和层次分析法相结合来确定指标的权重,采用垂直距离进行距离的计算,对TOPS IS法进行了改进。利用改进的TOPS IS法对青海省8个城市的水资源承载力进行了评价,并将评价结果与模糊综合评判法和传统的TOPS IS法的评价结果进行了比较,评价结果较为合理。
The combination of variation coefficient with Analytic Hierarchy Process was used as the approach to determine the weight of indexes and the vertical distance. TOPSIS model was improved. This improved model is used to calculate water resources carrying capacity of 8 citys in Qinghai Province, the evaluations results are rational.
