摘要
采用三维有限元对复合材料发动机机体的应力场进行了数值计算。通过机体的动态实时测试,获得了机体所受真实载荷下主要点的应变响应,并通过试验对计算结果进行了验证。研究验证了复合材料制造发动机机体的可行性,并为复合材料发动机机体的结构设计提供了依据。
Numerical calculation of stress field of engine block made of composite material is carried out by means of three dimensional finite element method. Strain response of the engine block is gained at some primary points by dynamic real time test under substantial load. Meanwhile result of calculation is verified by the test. This research proves that engine block made by composite material is feasible,and also provides ground for constructional design of engine block made of composite material.
