摘要
为研究沉淀法对载金废水密度的降低效果,分别以Ca(OH)_2、Ba(OH)_2和CaCl_2、BaCl_2为沉淀剂进行了实验。研究结果表明,Ca(OH)_2分级混凝沉淀后水样密度降低幅度较大,但未达到目标值。Ba(OH)_2分级混凝没淀后水样的密度降至1.0582g/mL,pH值从11.67上升到13.5,基本满足回用要求。水样经CaCl_2处理后密度降低明显,而其pH值也随着CaCl_2的序批式投加逐渐降低。BaCl_2对硫酸盐的去除效果非常明显,但对废水密度降低的贡献不大。
To research effect to reduce the density of gold-castewater, Ca (OH)2, Bu (OH)2; CaCl2 and BaCl2 are separately used as precipitant. The results show that the decreased degree of density of samples is bigger after fractional coagulated precipitating by Ca (OH)2, but it does not reach goal valut. Density of gold-carrier wastewater decreases to 1. 0582g/mL after fractional coagulation precipitating by Ba(OH)2,and pH increases to 13.5 from 11.67. The wastewater meets the primitive requirements of reusing. Density of the samples decreases greatly after being treated by CaCl2,and pH decreases gradually with batch adding CaCl2. BaCl2 removes sulfate obviusly,but decreases density of water less.
