摘要
本文以广西某高校430名一、二年级本科生为被试,采用"大学生自我概念问卷"和"大学生心理健康问卷"研究了大学生自我概念和心理健康之间的互动关系。结果表明:(1)大学生的自我概念较积极,心理健康状况显著低于全国青年组常模;(2)大学生的自我概念与心理健康之间存在显著的双向预测作用,其中,大学生自我概念变量中的情绪自我、一般自我、人际自我和生理自我对心理健康有显著的预测作用;大学生心理健康变量中的抑郁、自卑、人际关系敏感和焦虑对自我概念有显著的预测作用。
A self-designed University Students' Self-Concept Questionnaire and Mental Health Questionnaire were used to survey 430 subjects from a university in Guangxi to explore the interactive effect between their self-concept and mental health.The results reveal that:(1)the subjects have positive self-concept(mean=4.03),and their mental health is significantly worse than the norm of youth groups in China;(2)there is a significant interactive effect between self-concept and mental health.
