快淬速率对FeZrB合金的结构、磁性及巨磁阻抗效应的影响

摘要 采用单辊快淬法制备四种快淬速率(15,20,25,30 m/s)的Fe81Zr9B10合金,研究快淬速率对FeZrB合金的结构、磁性及巨磁阻抗效应的影响.合金的结构和磁性能分别由X射线衍射(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)测得;试样的阻抗数据由aligent 4294A阻抗仪测量.结果表明,快淬速率的增加使非晶合金的形成能力增强.由于形状各向异性,薄带平行磁场方向为易磁化方向.由于铁磁与反铁磁交换作用相互竞争,导致饱和磁化强度(Ms)随着快淬速率的增加而降低.快淬速率的增加减小了合金的巨磁阻抗效应. Fe81Zr9B10 alloys with different quenching speed (15,20, 25,30 m/s) were prepared by single roller meltspinning. Effect of quenching speed on structure, magnetic property and magnetoimpedance effect of FeZrB alloys were investigated. Structure and magnetic property of Fe81Zr9B10 alloys were measured by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The values of roagnetoimpedance effect were measured by aligent 4294A. Glass forming ability increased with increasing quenching speed. Preferred direction of magnetization was observed when magnetic field H applied parallel to the length of ribbon. Saturation magnetization ( Ms ) decreased resulting from the competition between ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic exchange interactions with increasing quenching speed. The magnetoimpedance effect of alloy decreased with increasing quenching speed.
