摘要
通过盆栽实验,研究了干旱对俄罗斯大果沙棘幼苗的茎高、地径、叶片外部形态、生长状态等生态指标的影响.结果表明:干旱胁迫对植株的生长有明显的抑制作用.随着干旱胁迫时间的延长、胁迫强度的加剧,其株高和地径减小,叶面积也逐渐减小;在长时间干旱胁迫下俄罗斯大果沙棘采用脱落叶片的方式,确保个体生存,以增强抗旱性.
The gTowth characteristics of this species were studied with pot experiment. This paper studied the effects of drought stress on the seedlings height and the stem basal diameter and external morphology of leaflet and Character of water stress of Hippophae rhamnoides L. under long-term water controlled stress. The results showed that drought stress had definite inhibiting effect the seedlings growth. The stem height and the stem basal diameter were all decreased with increasing drought stress; The leaf area of leaves were all decreased with increasing drought stress and extension of time for drought stress. Under long-term drought stress the adaptability to drought stress is also strengthened by increasing the survival of individual by withering away leaves of the individual plant.
