为了满足企业设备资产管理及发展的要求以及设备资产管理信息化应用需求,分析了设备管理存在的问题,转变企业设备管理模式,解决目前设备管理粗放型方式存在的问题,帮助企业完善和提高设备资产管理工作,强化对资产运行的监控管理,提出确立以设备资产运行效能为目标的管理思路。围绕设备管理子系统的功能、目标和方法,利用现有的计算机硬件网络体系,通过设计新的计算机软件管理开放平台,实现设备资产全寿命周期、维修预警、合理库存等高效管理,达到提高设备资产利用率和完好率的目的,构建专业化录井设备管理系统。

In order to satisfy the requests to equipment assets management and development of the enterprises and meet the needs of equipment assets management informatization application,the paper analyzed the problems which existed in equipment management,put forward changing the equipment management mode of the enterprises to solve the problems existed in current equipment management in extensive mode and the supervision and controlling method to perfect and improve equipment assets management jobs and strengthen assets running,and raised the management thought which aimed at resets running efficiency.Surrounding functions,aim and methods of equipment management subsystem,using the existing computer hardware network system,through designing a new computer software management open platform,highly efficient management of equipment assets whole life cycle,maintenance early-warning and reasonable storage could be realized,attaining the purpose of increasing the utilization rate of the equipment assets and making it in good condition,therefore building specialized mud logging equipment management system.
