参附注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨参附注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法90例缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组给予吸氧、应用洋地黄、利尿剂、血管扩张剂、ACEI或ARB、β-受体阻滞剂等药物常规治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加参附注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗,30d为1个疗程,疗程结束后进行治疗疗效及超声心动功能指标比较。结果两组患者疗效间差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.45,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前LVEF、FS、SV间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后两组LVEF、FS、SV间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺可有效改善心力衰竭患者的心肌收缩功能,增加心排血量,减轻心脏前后负荷,且无明显不良反应,是治疗缺血性心肌病患者心力衰竭的有效方法,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective To investigate the Shenfu injection and meglumine cyclic adenylate in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure. Methods 90 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, the conventional treatment group (control group) using conventional treatment, Shenfu injection and meglumine cyclic adenylate treatment group (observation group) add with Shenfu injection United fluid meglumine cyclic adenylate, 30d for a course of treatment, treatment after the end of treatment efficacy and echocardiography comparison function. Results Treatment efficacy and echocardiographic function were significantly better in the control group. Conclusion Shenfu injection and meglumine cyclic adenylate in heart failure patients can be effective in improving myocardial contractile function, in- crease cardiac output, reducing the heart before and after the load, and no significant adverse reactions, are the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure of effective Ways, it is worth further promote clinical.
