针刺结合辨证施护对中风后抑郁患者护理干预的研究

Acupuncture Combined with the Dialectic of Nursing Care of Patients with Post-stroke Depression Intervention Study

目的观察针刺结合中医辨证施护中风抑郁患者护理干预的效果。方法选择我院60例中风后抑郁患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予针刺治疗,并根据辨证分型给予相应护理。对照组给予针刺治疗,并给予常规护理。4周为1个疗程,观察治疗后两组患者的HAMD评分和Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、改良Barthel指数评分。结果观察组治疗后改良Bathel指数评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺结合中医辨证施护中风后抑郁患者的护理干预能有效提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine dialectical nursing care of stroke patients with depression the effectiveness of intervention. Methods 60 cases of hospital patients with post - stroke depression, were randomly divided into observation group and 30 eases of control group to observe the group treated with acupuncture, and in accordance with the dialectical care given corresponding typing. Control group given acupuncture treatment, and provide routine care. 4 weeks for a course of treatment, observation of two groups of patients after treatment HAMD score and Fugl - Meyer motor function score, modified Barthel Index score. Results The results of the observation group improved after treatment Bathel index score, Fugl- Meyer motor function score higher, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Observer Group HAMD score after treatment than the control group, the difference was statistieally significant （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Condusion Acupuncture dialectical combination of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of patients with post - stroke depression can be an effective nursing intervention to improve the quality of life of patients.
