提高中医专业学生临床教学水平的几点思考

A Probe into the Improving the Quality of Clinical Education for Students of Chinese Medicine Specialty

临床实习是医学生学习的一个关键时期,对培养合格的临床医师有着至关重要的作用。在此期间,中医专业学生普遍存在专业思想不稳定、基础知识薄弱、临床操作能力差等总题;带教老师也存在专业知识西化等问题。如何提高临床教学水平是值得我们探讨的问题。本文通过对中医呼吸科的后期临床数学的研究分析,提出在新形势下加强后期临床教学应加强中医药特色教育、强化基本技能训练、锻炼自主学习能力、规范教学查房制度、完善临床考核制度等五方面对策和措施。

Clinical practice is a key stage of university study. In this stage, unstable specialty thought, the weakness of basic knowledge and the poor ability of clinical practice prevail in students of Chinese Medicine specialty. The westernization of professional knowledge and others are the main questions the teachers meted. This paper analyzed the clinical education in the department of respiratory in hospital of Chinese Medicine, and make a suggestion on improving the quality of clinical education for students of Chinese Medicine specialty. Reinforcing the education of the characteristic of Chinese Medicine, strengthening the practice of basic skills, exercising the ability of self - study, standardizing the ward inspection and perfecting clinical examination are five main countermeasures.
