摘要
通过序批式试验,检测剩余污泥在不同温度条件下(25℃、35℃、45℃),好氧消化减量反应前后污泥的沉降性、体积和质量的变化;研究污泥在相应条件下消化减量效率及能耗;对比污泥消化减量的其它方法,对剩余污泥高温好氧消化减量的经济可行性进行分析。通过本课题的研究后发现:污水厂剩余污泥通过好氧消化减量处理后污泥的体积与质量大幅度减少,与直接将剩余污泥运输填埋处理方法相比,该方法能够大幅度降低污泥处置成本,具有显著的经济优势。
The change in sedimentation, the volume and weight of excess sludge before and after aerobic digest minimizing reactions under different temperatures(25 ℃ ,35℃ ,45℃ ) were tested. The digesting minimization efficiency and energy consumption of sludge under correspond conditions were investigated. Compared with other sludge digest minimizing methods, the economic feasibility of aerobic digest minimizing of surplus sludgc undcr high tompcrature was analyzed. The rcsuhs showed that the volumc and quality of siudge in the sewage disposal plants could be reduced a lot. The cost of sludge disposal by aerobic digest minimization can be reduced much more than by landfill amd it has more economic advantages.
