当前农村食品质量存在严重问题,直接关系到人们的身心健康。通过分析农村食品质量安全和管理方面存在的主要问题及原因,提出了在农村食品质量安全方面应采取的措施。

At present, serious problems exist in food quality in rural areas, which is of great concern of the people. By analyzing the major problems and related reasons concerning the food safety and quality in rural areas, this thesis puts forward the measures to control food safety and quality in rural areas.
