摘要
根据车轮轴向、径向的最大振幅进行整车平衡,是一种较理想的汽车动平衡方法。本文对此方法进行了理论分析,导出了平衡质量的计算公式,并对基于此方法的单片机测试系统硬件、软件设计进行了较详细地讨论。
In this paper,a new method of automobile dynamic balance which is based on axial and radial maximum vibration measurement is proposed.Its theoretical principle is analyzed and equations of balance weight is derived.Based on this principle,the implemetation of 8098 microprocessor test system is discussed in detail.
