摘要
合成了以2-(2-羟基苯基)苯并咪唑作为荧光发射团的新型碱性磷酸酶荧光分子探针.苯并咪唑基苯基磷酸二钠盐,利用质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱对其结构进行了表征,研究了与碱性磷酸酶反应前后的光谱变化.荧光发射团的激发波长为316 nm,荧光发射波长为460 nm,激发光与发射光基本不重叠,大大提高了碱性磷酸酶测定的准确性.
A new fluorescent probe was synthesized and used for the determination of alkaline phosphatase activity. Its structure was measured by LCMS, IR, 1HNMR. The wavelength to be measured was 316 nm and the excitation wavelength was 460 nm. So the accuracy of analysis was raised by the big Stoke's shift.
