摘要
分析了FDI对烟台生态城市建设的影响,指出,FDI与生态环境之间是一种对立统一的关系,烟台要建设生态城市,必须协调经济发展与环境保护之间的关系,通过加强对FDI流向的政策引导、提高环境标准、完备环保设施、完善监督机制,实现FDI对生态环境的保护效应,最大程度地发挥FDI的积极作用。
Having analyzed an impact of FDI on Yantai eco-city construction, the paper pointed out, the relationship between FDI and the ecological environment is a kind of unity of opposites, Yantai city wants to build an ecological city, it must harmonize the relationship between economic growth and the environmental protection, by strengthening the policy guide of the flow direction of FDI, raising the environmental standard, completing environmental protection facilities and perfecting supervision mechanism, we can realize the protective effect of FDI on the ecological environment and maximize the positive role of FDI.
