摘要
目的从性激素水平变化观察艾灸和运动对雄性大鼠肾虚矮小症的作用机制。方法取烟熏孕鼠分娩后雄性大鼠30只,予房劳和惊恐造成肾虚矮小症模型,将30只大鼠随机分为模型组、模型+运动艾灸综合组(简称综合组)、模型+右归丸组(简称右归丸组),每组10只,另取10只正常雄性大鼠作对照;造模和干预同时进行,综合组予运动和艾灸干预,右归丸组予生药5.98 g/kg灌胃21 d为1个疗程。结果与模型组比较,右归丸组和综合组均可显著提高血清睾丸酮(T)水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中综合组优于右归丸组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与正常组和综合组比较,模型组血清雌二醇(E2)显著性升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在体质发育方面,右归丸和综合组可显著改善睾丸脏器指数且增加体质量,与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。综合组比右归丸组能更好地改善股骨长度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸和运动综合方案可较好地改善和促进肾虚矮小症雄性大鼠的生长发育,其功效可能与提高睾丸酮有关。
Objective To explore the effective mechanism of combined moxibustion and sport excise (CMSE) based on the change of sex hormones in male dwarf rats with kidney deficiency (DSKD). Methods 30 DSKD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, model group, CMSE group and Yougui pills group (YGW), and another 10 normal male rats was in control group. All the modeling and intervention were begun simultaneously. Results Compared with the DSKD model group, the serum testosterone in CMSE group and YGW group were increased(P〈 0.01), in which the serum testosterone in CMSE group was better than that in YGW group (P〈 0.05). While the serum estradiol in DSKD group was remarkably higher than that in normal and CMSE groups (P〈0.01). Compared with DSKD group, the body weight and testicle organ index were increased in both CMSE and YGW (P〈0.01). Conclusion CMSE can improve the growth of DSKD rats, which maybe concerned to that CMSE increases the testosterone.
