摘要
目的:本研究是利用该振动流人工心脏,采用将左心室血液输送到下行大动脉的方式,来观察下行大动脉流量变化。方法:给成年山羊(11例)安装左心辅助装置,分别测总血流量、下行大动脉流量等血行动态,并计算上、下行血流的分配率。结果:通过改变振动流人工心脏驱动频率,在同等流量的情况下,下行血流有减少的倾向。结论:振动流对血流的分配率有一定影响,利用该系统,可能改变输送到目标脏器的血流量。
Objective: In order to control blood flow distribution by the artificial heart system. 100% left heart bypass, was carried out in the acute animal experiments using vibeation flow pump(VFP) developed in Tohoku University. Methods:Using 11 adult goats 100% left heart bypass were parformed with apex approach. Henmdynamic parameters Like total blood flow .descending aortic blood flow were recorded in the data recorder. Results:As a result,lower blood flow rete showed significant change during alteration of the drive frequenly. Conclusion:Accordingly, the drug delivery system using this VFP maybe possible, by the alteration of drive frequenly.
