轿车车身测试技术

论述了轿车车身在设计、制造过程中，车身模型、冲压模具和白车身的测试技术。轿车车身是空间自由曲面，在三坐标测量机上测量车身冲压模具时，应采用非接触光学测头进行测量，其扫描方式主要有Z轴跟踪式和测头回转式；而对白车身则是采用三维视觉传感器组成的检测系统，同时对各被测部位进行非接触测量。

Measuring and testing technique of car body model, pressing die and unpainted body assemblyduring design and manufacture is expounded. As the car body is a free curved surface in space,non- contact opticalprobe should be used to measure car body pressing dies when the body pressing dies are measured on the 3Dmeasuring machine; and its scanning manner is mainly z axis follower type or probe revolving type. As for theunpainted body assembly,the measuring and testing system adopted is formed with video sensors to bring aboutnon-contact measurement simultaneously for all positions to be measured.
