化瘀通络法对脑缺血再灌损伤大鼠的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨化瘀通络法组方对急性出血性脑中风治疗作用。方法:采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉,造成脑缺血再灌损伤模型。检测脑含水量,血清及脑组织中SOD含量,MDA含量和NO含量。结果:化瘀通络法组方可明显降低脑缺血再灌损伤大鼠脑的含水量;降低血和脑组织中MDA含量,升高SOD和NO含量。结论:化瘀通络法组方具有增强急性出血性脑中风早期SOD和NO活性。降低过氧化脂质降解产物MDA的作用.具有清除自由基,保护脑神经元完整性作用;该作用为化瘀通络法组方治疗急性出血性脑中风的重要机制之一。 Objective : To investigate effect of the HuayuTongluo group on the treatment of acute hemorrhagic stroke. Methods: To build the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats model caused by bilateral ligation of carotid artery and detect water content, serum of brain and SOD, MDA and NO content of brain tissue. Results:The HuayuTongluo group can signifcanfly reduce brain water content and MDA of blood and brain tissue and increase SOD and NO content in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusian injury. Conclusions:The HuayuTongluo group enhanced SOD and NO activity on early period of acute hemorrhagic stroke, reduce lipid peroxide degradation product of the role of MDA .with removal of free radicals, protecting the integrity of the role of neurons ; It is one of the important mechanisms of HuayuTongluo group on the treatment of acute hemorrhagic stroke.
