广藿香叶中总黄酮含量的分光光度法测定 被引量:3

摘要 目的:用分光光度法测定广藿香叶中的总黄酮含量。方法:提取后的样品溶液,经聚酰胺纯化后,以芦丁为对照品,用亚硝酸钠及硝酸铝在碱性溶液中显色后,室温下,在波长510 nm处,用分光光度法测定广藿香叶中的总黄酮含量。结果:测得6种广藿香叶中总黄酮的含量,方法在线性(8.00~48.00)μg/mL范围内,r=0.999 6;加标回收率为97.0%~102.5%,PSD(%)为2.1%~6.4%。结论:样品经提取、纯化后即可直接进行分析测定,方法简便、快速,可用于测定广藿番叶中的总黄酮含量。 Objective:In combination with polyamide chromatographic separation,content of total flavoniod in leaves of pognstemon cablin was determined by speetrophotometry. Methods: The absorbance detection of total flavonoid in leaves of pogostemon cablin was set at 510 nm and at room temperature after coloring in NaNO2 ,Al( NO3 )3and NaOtt medium with reference rutin. Results: Total flavonoids in six kinds of leaves of pogostemon cablin have been determined, and the method was linear in the concentration range over ( 8.00 - 48.00) μg/mL for total flavonoid( r = 0. 999 6) with the relative standard deviation of (2. 1 - 6.4 )% and the average recovery of (97.0 - 102.5 )% (n = 6 ) . Conclusions: The extracted sample solution can be directly determined after polyamide chromatographic separation and purification. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of total flavonoid in leaves of pogostemon cablin because of its simplicity and speediness.
