According to dividing principles of comprehensive history in China, the paper divides the developing process of modern architecture in Zhenjiang into four typical stage, it discusses specifically developing situation in every stage, and analyzes the developing direction of modem architecture in Zhenjiang, so as to help people realize the modern architecture in Zhenjiang.
