The author describes the general theory of the concrete winter construction, aiming at three main problems of the concrete construction in winter, concretely introduces four methods, those are the rejusting mixed ratio method, thermos method, external heating method and antifreeze admixture, points out the advantages and disadvantages of all methods, provides that it should according to practical situation select suitable method reasonably.
