浅析我国物业管理发展的问题及对策

Discussion on the problems and countermeasures of Chinese property management development

指出物业管理在我国是一个新兴行业,目前还面临着许多矛盾与问题,通过对我国物业管理现状的分析,阐述了现阶段的矛盾与问题,并提出相应的对策,以使物业管理在我国的两个文明建设中发挥更大的作用。

It pointed out that property management was a new industry in China, many contradiction and problem-s were existed in the present. Through analysis of Chinese property management status, the present contradiction and problems were illustrated and countermeasures were proposed, so as to make property management play more important function in Chinese two civil construction.
