摘要
指出建设工程的造价控制是业主方工程建设管理工作的重要组成部分,针对建设工程造价控制贯穿于工程建设全过程的特点,分阶段对工程造价控制进行了剖析,以实现业主方对建设工程造价控制的预期目标。
The author points out that the cost control of construction project is important part in owner project construction management work, aiming at the characteristic that the construction project cost control is through out the whole process of the project construction, gets analysis on project cost control by stages, so as to realize the expected aim of owner on construction project cost control.
