The concept and characteristics of succeeding in bidding at rational tow price were illustrated. The meaning of implementing succeeding in bidding at rational low price in Chinese building engineering was analyzed systematically. It also pointed out that implementing succeeding in bidding at rational low price was favorable to strengthen construction enterprise＇s inner management, promote engineering insurance and engineering guarantee and other related service industrial development.
