金华农家乡野饮食文化初探

The Food Culture of Jinhua Farms

本文从农家乡野饮食文化的内涵及其科学理念、金华农家乡野饮食文化的历史渊源、金华农家乡野饮食文化的特点、倡导合理科学的金华"土菜"特色的饮食文化理念等方面对金华农家乡野饮食文化进行了阐述,对金华农家乡野传统饮食特色进行了归纳研究,提升了金华饮食文化的内在价值,从而转化为深厚的旅游资源和文化资源,为打造文化金华、旅游金华、和谐金华积淀了内涵。

Based on its connotation and scientific concept, history, characteristics and the advocating of cultural food concept of rational and Scientific Jinhua＂folk food＂, this paper elaborates on the food culture of Jinhua farms, summarizes the traditional food characteristics of Jinhua farms, and enhances the intrinsic values of Jinhua food culture. Thus, Jinhua farms food is transformed to profound tourist and cultural resources, and provides accumulation for building a cultural, tourist and harmonious Jinhua.
